Here are our updates regarding yoga classes, new meditation classes and our special offers/ events taking place.

YOGA CLASSES

A new term of morning yoga classes begins on October 20th. There will be a few free spaces in the classes. Please let me know if you would like to join.

Also there are still a few places available on Monday 8.30pm Improvers & Thursday 7.30pm Mens yoga at Malahide Adult Education.

This 8 weeks course starts October 22nd. It will aim to teach meditation & relaxation techniques to calm the mind. We will learn and practice different meditation techniques including mindfulness, transcendental meditation, chanting and pranayama (Yoga breathing techniques). No experience in meditation is necessary.

For any current/ past students or clients of ours, you are welcome to join in this meditation community gathering. We hope to offer it seasonally. Please book in advance as places are limited.

Shaman & Healer Don Victor visits Dublin
