YOGA WORKSHOP

Calm your mind. Strengthen your body. We will focus on deep stretching and toning our chore muscles to build up strength in the abdomen and protect the lower back. 2 places left.

A chance for present & past students to come together, practice meditation and then socialise. One hour community meditation session followed by tea/ coffee at the Garden House Cafe (previously known as the Garden Works).
